SMSgt. Roland Angelo Dordal, USAF (Ret.)

SMSgt Roland Angelo Dordal, USAF (Ret.) 87, of Goose Creek, South Carolina, husband of Pearl Vose Dordal died Friday, June 17, 2016. His funeral service will be held in All Saints Chapel, 2316 Redbank Road in Goose Creek on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. Entombment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Tuesday, June 21, 2016 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the J. HENRY STUHR, INC. NORTHWOODS CHAPEL, 2180 Greenridge Road.

Roland was born October 3, 1928 in Plentywood, Montana, son of the late Jacob Nels Dordal and the late Mabel Nessheim Dordal. He was a Senior Master Sergeant in the US Air Force and served in Korea and Vietnam. He was a member of All Saints Chapel in Goose Creek and American Legion Post 166.

He is survived by three sons: Herbert Carl Dordal of Goose Creek, Guy Michael Dordal of Bonneau, and Roland A. Dordal, II of St. Stephens; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

He was also preceded in death by two sons, Bruce Edward Dahlberg and Mark Grayson Dordal.
