Shirley Ann Williamson

Shirley Ann McGuire Williamson, 75, of Charleston, SC, wife of John Williamson, entered into eternal rest Friday, January 3, 2014. Her funeral service will be held at the graveside Tuesday, January 7, 2014, in Holy Cross Cemetery, 604 Fort Johnson Road, at 2:00 pm. The family will receive friends Monday from 5:00 to 7:00 pm in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., DOWNTOWN CHAPEL.

Shirley was born March 28, 1938 in Seminole, Oklahoma, a daughter of the late Willie W. McGuire and the late Mildred Ryder McGuire. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband of Charleston; four sons: Dave E. Callahan (Barbara), John David Williamson (Carol H.), all of James Island, James F. Callahan of MA and Terrance Douglas Callahan of Cranston, RI; three daughters: Rebecca Lynn Smith (Thomas), Gale Elizabeth Clodfelter (Fred), all of Charleston and Anna Margaret Smith (Steve) of Palm Beach, FL; a brother, Calvin Powell (Stacia) of Atlanta, GA; two sisters, Dorothy Morgan (Ron) and Vicky Oldham (Brent), all of Largo, FL; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
