Shirley Ann Platt Murray, 63, of North Charleston, South Carolina, wife of Charles C. Murray entered into eternal rest Friday, July 7, 2017. The family will receive friends Sunday, July 9, 2017 in J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Her Funeral Service will be held Monday, July 10, 2017 in Stuhr's West Ashley Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Riverview Memorial Park.

Shirley was born June 13, 1954 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of the late Charles Walter Platt and Ruth Bridges Platt. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Charles C. Murray of North Charleston, SC, and son, Charles C. Murray, Jr., (Joannie) of Charleston, SC.
