Sherran Cutrell Myers, 70, of Ravenel, SC, widow of James Douglas Myers, Sr., entered into eternal rest Thursday, April 23, 2015. Her funeral service will be held Sunday, April 26, 2015, in J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway, at 2:00 p.m. Entombment will follow in Live Oak Memorial Gardens.The family will receive friends Saturday, April 25, 2015 in Stuhr's West Ashley Chapel from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m..

Sherran was born August 16, 1944 in Charleston, SC, daughter of the late Benjamin Wesley Cutrell and Thelma Davis Cutrell Ayers and step father John Ayers. She was the past president of the Charleston City Police Department Ladies Auxiliary and she was an exotic bird breeder. She attended Pinecrest Baptist Church.

She is survived by her two sons, Doug Myers, Jr., and his wife Jodi of Ravenel, SC, Benny Myers and his wife Elizabeth of Cross Roads, AL; three grandchildren, Brittany Honiker and her husband Kelley of Madison, AL, Wesley Myers of Enterprise, AL, and Jamie Myers of Huntsville, AL; great-granddaughter, Haley Honiker of Madison, AL; sister, Janet Cutrell Sigmund of Medford, WI; special aunt, Ruth Veronee of Charleston, SC; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by a sister, Barbara C. Wren.
