Sharon "Jeep" Kathryn Storm

Sharon "Jeep" Kathryn Thompson Storm, 71, of Goose Creek, SC, went to be with her Lord on Thursday, April 20, 2017. Her funeral service will be held Wednesday, April 26, 2017 in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road at 11:00 am. The family will receive friends Tuesday, April 25, 2017 in Northwoods Chapel from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Her remains will then be flown to Lexington, KY with a graveside service in Lexington Cemetery Friday, April 28, 2017 at 2:00 pm. Arrangements in Lexington are with Kerr Brothers Funeral Home on East Main Street.

Sharon "Jeep" was born August 9, 1945 in Lexington, KY. She was a member of Cathedral of Praise Church in North Charleston, SC for over 20 years. She was a member of the Berkeley County Daughters of the American Revolution and she was a Kentucky Colonel. Sharon loved to watch old black and white movies and her favorite actor was John Wayne.

Sharon is survived by her husband, Larry W. Storm of Goose Creek, SC; her son, F. John Green of Wake Forest, NC; her sister, Joyce Howerton of Cape Coral, FL; her stepsons, Cliff J. W. Storm of Ridgecrest, CA and Rob D. W. Storm of Golden, CO; her cousin Freddie Mills of Lexington, KY; her nephews, Jack Howerton of North Fort Meyers FL, and Frank Wells of Lexington, KY. She is also survived by three great-nieces: Kimberly Campbell, Shannon Crocker both of Moncks Corner, SC, and Missy Dixon of Summerville, SC. She will be greatly missed by family members as well as with all her many friends. God's speed my dear wife. I'll see you again soon; but not yet.
