Sharon Faye Muckenfuss Bassham, 58, of Ladson, SC, wife of Johnny Lee Bassham, died Saturday, June 25, 2011, in a local hospital.

Born October 15, 1952 in Charlotte, NC; she was one of four children of Samuel Lloyd Muckenfuss and Eva Caroline Thomas Muckenfuss.

Sharon is survived by her husband of 41 years, Johnny; a son, Jason Lee Bassham of Ladson; two brothers, Gene Muckenfuss of North Charleston and Roger Muckenfuss and his wife Norma of Lenoir, NC; and her sister, Patsy Hines of James Island.

A memorial service will be held in the Church of the Nazarene, 541 Redbank Road, Goose Creek, Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at 11:00 am.
