Selwyn Victor Snow, 96, of Charleston, South Carolina, formerly of Rochester, NY, and husband of Mildred Applebaum Snow died Monday, December 22, 2014. His funeral service will be held at the graveside, Friday, December 26, 2014 in Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens at 2:00 pm. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, Charleston, SC.

Selwyn was born April 11, 1918 in Rochester, New York, son of the late Samuel Snow and Rose Kamman Snow. Selwyn was a member of the Jewish War Veterans and Knights of Pythias.

He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Mildred Snow of Charleston, SC; son, Howard Snow (Gail) of Charleston, SC; daughter, Carol Elwell (Bruce) of Rochester, NY; four grandchildren, Daniel Snow, Brian Snow, Steve Elwell (Sarah), Lisa Roy (Mike) and four great-grandchildren.
