Sean, 41, left us suddenly and unexpectedly on October 11, 2018. He will be greatly missed by his family, many good friends and his best friend Minnie.
Sean was born in Miami, Florida and lost his mother at age 12 and his father when he was in his 20's. Although he had great losses at a young age, he worked hard and lived a rewarding life in North Carolina and eventually moved to the Charleston area where he bought a home and lived with his boxers, first Vader and then Minnie, who misses him terribly.
Sean was preceded in death by his mother, Marsha Burns Dempster and father Jeffrey Dempster. He is survived by his Uncle Alan (Connie) Dempster, Aunts Pamela (Randy) Hathaway, Kit (Shawn) Burns, Kym Hathcock, and Barbara Burns. Loving cousins Edward (Tammy) Dempster, Scot (Marie) Dempster, Matt (Elizabeth) Hathaway, Doug (Robyn) Hathaway, Sara (Chris) Guzman, Katie (Emily) Lupez, Kelly (Gina) Burns and Lesa (Jerry) Bolman. He also leaves behind many good friends and family from Clayton, NC, Charleston, SC and Florida.
Sean will be missed by everyone who knew and loved him, but he joins his parents in a much better place. We love you and miss you Sean.
A Celebration of His Life will be held on November 3, 2018 starting at 2 PM at the J Henry Stuhr Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road, North Charleston, SC.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donation to the Carolina Boxer Rescue (www.carolinaboxerrescue.org) because of his love of boxers or the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc. (www.nbcf.org) in honor of his Mother.
