Scott Courtland Hantske, 49, of Beaufort, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Sunday, August 18, 2019. His Celebration of Life Service will be held Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at The Washout Contest Walkover, 1550 East Ashley Avenue, Folly Beach at 6:00 p.m. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Downtown Chapel.

Scott was born March 20, 1970 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of Cynthia Damon Belvin and the late William George Hantske, Jr. Scott was a restaurant manager.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his stepfather, Noral Belvin of Whitsett, NC; stepmother, Anne Hantske of Charleston, SC; daughter, Kirra Grace Hantske of Greenville, SC; five sisters: Quincy Ellzey of Raleigh, NC, Erin Edwards of Charleston, SC, Kate Belvin of Whitsett, NC, Sam Strickland of Whitsett, NC and Emmerson Belvin of Whitsett, NC; two brothers: Brett Hantske of Columbia, SC and Nick Belvin of Whitsett, NC.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Caroline Baker Hantske.
