Scott Alan Bernstein

Scott Alan Bernstein, 45, of Geneva, New York formerly of Charleston, South Carolina entered into eternal rest September 25, 2017. His funeral service will be held at the graveside Friday, October 6, 2017 in Kahal Kadosh Beth Elohim Cemetery, Huguenin Avenue at 11:00 a.m. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Downtown Chapel. The family will receive guests immediately following the funeral until 6:30p.m. at the home of Teri and Ira Lash, 1959 Ashley Hall Road, Charleston, SC 29407.

Scott was born March 15, 1972 in Charleston, South Carolina. He was in sales and management in the automobile industry. Because of Scott's passion for cooking, he also worked in the food and beverage industry. Scott's children and extended family meant everything to him. He treasured the holidays and special times with them.

Scott is survived by two daughters: Hannah Rose Bernstein of Lawrenceville, GA and Emma Grace Bernstein of Moravia, NY; special friend: Tammy Williams of Geneva, NY; two aunts: Teri Bernstein Lash (Ira) and Sandy Bernstein DeAntonio (Steve) both of Charleston, SC; and one uncle, Hal David Bernstein (Debby) of Athens, GA. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts and uncles who were all a tremendous part of his life.

In addition to his mother, Lynn Frances Bernstein (OBM), Scott was preceded in death by his grandparents, Fred and Anita Bernstein (OBM) who were like second parents to him.
