Sarah Mae Holeman

Sarah Mae Godfrey Holeman, 72, of Charleston, SC, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, December 10, 2022. Her graveside Funeral Service will be held Saturday, January 7, 2023 in Live Oak Memorial Gardens at 12:00 pm. Prior to the service, the family will receive friends from 10:00 am until 11:30 am in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. West Ashley Chapel.
 
Sarah was born August 11, 1950 in Lafayette, GA, daughter of the late James Godfrey and Muriel Godfrey.  Sarah was a good Christian, as well as a great mom, Nana, and friend. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Her favorite color was blue, and her favorite flowers were roses.
 
She is survived by her husband, Jim Holeman; daughter, Amy Brownlee (Lewis) of Eutawville, SC; sons, Tim Holeman (Mindy) of Mollala, OR, and Josh Holeman (Katie) of Broadbent, OR; grandchildren, Zach Brownlee (Stephanie), Hunter Brownlee (Savannah), Audrey Holeman, Abby Holeman, Titus Holeman, Violet Holeman, and Elsie Holeman; and siblings, Jim Godfrey (Sue) of OR, Judy Lee (Terry) of SD, and Leon Godfrey (Kay) of Charleston.
