Entered into eternal rest on the afternoon of Friday, August 26, 2011, Sarah Elizabeth "Lib" Cannon Altman, 80, widow of Johnnie Marshall Altman of Hanahan, SC.  The relatives and friends of Sarah Altman are invited to attend her funeral service in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTHWOODS CHAPEL, 2180 Greenridge Rd., N. Charleston, on Monday, August 29, 2011 at 1:00 PM.  Entombment will follow in Plantation Memorial Gardens, Moncks Corner, and SC.  The family will receive friends Sunday, August 28, 2011 at Stuhr's Northwoods Chapel on Sunday, August 28^th from 5:00 - 7:00 PM.

            Sarah was born June 20, 1931 in Conway, South Carolina, one of three children to the late Samual L. and Anniebell Johnson Cannon. Sarah retired from Stall High School as a cafeteria worker after thirteen years.

            She is survived by her daughter, Sara Craft; son, Dean Altman (Karen); four grandchildren: Bowen Craft (Vicki), Ashley McAlister (Tom), Mathew Altman, USAF and Sam Altman; five great grandchildren: Presley, Holly, Cat, Haley and Savannah, all of Hanahan, SC; two brothers, O'Neil Cannon (Erma Lee) and Leonard Cannon (Carol), all of Conway, SC.
