Sandra A. Lewis, 77, of Johns Island, South Carolina, wife of Barry E. Lewis, entered into eternal rest Saturday, May 24, 2025. Her Graveside Service will be held Friday, May 30, 2025 in Carolina Memorial Gardens, 7113 Rivers Avenue, at 11:00 am. The family will receive friends Thursday, May 29, 2025 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm in J. Henry Stuhr Inc., West Ashley Chapel.

Sandra was born August 9, 1947 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of the late Marion McEvoy and Christine McEvoy. Sandra and Barry met one another while attending St. Johns High School in the year 1965 (60 years ago) and married one another May 12, 1967 (58 years ago). This couple had some of the best of times during their marriage. They spent a lot of time visiting the Lowcountry's beaches, enjoying the mountains of the southeast, and going on cruises with their best of friends, Kathy & Fred Armstrong. Sandra was an independent woman who always led her husband down the straight and narrow (or at least she tried to). She retired after 50 years in the banking industry and will be missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Crystal Elaine Lewis; and grandson, Jay Michael King.
