Sandra Irene Adams

Sandra Irene Adams, 75, of North Charleston, SC, died Wednesday, June 1, 2016. Her funeral service will be held Saturday, June 4, 2016 in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Saturday one hour prior to the service.

Sandra was born January 6, 1941 in Wilmington, DE, daughter of the late Morris Wasserman and Harriett Sylvia Coverman Wasserman. She was a former beautician and worked in prison ministry at the Charleston County Detention Center. Sandra was a member of Life Church in Charleston.

She is survived by four children: Dan Adams (Christine), Debra Adams Paul (Chris), David Adams (Ashley) all of North Charleston, SC and Daren R. Adams of Cleveland, TN; brother, Larry Wasserman (Sandy) of Raleigh, NC; former daughter-in-law, Charity Wilson of Cleveland, TN; grandchildren: Glorianne, Jonathan, Gabriella, Luke, Griffin and Abigail; great-grandchild, Braylon. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Ronald Adams.
