Samuel William Moore

Samuel William Moore, 81, of Charleston, South Carolina, husband of Sandra Barnes Moore, entered into eternal rest on Monday, May 23, 2022. His private graveside funeral service will be held in the Sauldam Baptist Church Cemetery. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. West Ashley Chapel.

Samuel was born December 20, 1940 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of the late Albert Judson Moore and Prudence Postell Moore. He retired from Bell South after 25 years, and attended Sauldam Baptist Church.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Martha L. Perry; sons, Samuel J. (Michelle) Moore, Daniel W. (Jo) Moore, and A. Stephen (Renee) Moore; 7 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Albert S. Moore.
