Salvatore Robert DeRosa, 70, of Charleston, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, January 20,2024. His graveside service will be held January 30, 2024, at Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens, 1308 Mathis Ferry Rd, Mt Pleasant, SC 29464, at 11:00 am.

Salvatore was born August 11, 1953 in Stamford, Connecticut, son of the late Anthony Joseph DeRosa and the late Essie Lee Sineath DeRosa.  He was retired from the United States Air Force.

He is survived by his son Anthony Gene DeRosa of Ocean Springs, Mississippi. One sister Regina DeRosa Taylor of North Charleston, South Carolina. One special friend Catherine Martin and furry friend Sergeant and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by Audrey DeRosa, Linda Woodward, and Donald DeRosa.
