Rylee Ann Routh, 60, of Mt. Pleasant, SC, died November 17, 2011, peacefully at a local hospice facility. Family and friends of Rylee are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial in Christ Our King Catholic Church, 1149 Russell Drive, Mt. Pleasant on Monday, November 21, 2011 at 10:00 am. The Prayers of Final Commendation and Farewell will follow at Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at J. HENRY STUHR, MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL on Sunday, November 20, 2011 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm.

Born April 9, 1951 in New York, New York; Rylee was the daughter of John S. Routh, Jr, and Aleen Rylee Routh. Rylee was a graduate of Convent of the Sacred Heart, Greenwich, CT and Smith College. Prior to moving to Charleston she was a Human Resources Consultant in New York.

Rylee was a loving wife and mother. She will be missed by her family and many friends. She is survived by her husband of 34 years, David P. Ruley; daughter, Stephanie Ruley; son, John Ruley; siblings: Lorraine Nelson, Isabel Reddy, John Routh, Michael Routh, Brenda Whitacre and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and step-mother Dorothy Brady Routh.
