Ruth Mignon Speelman, 88, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, wife of the late Walter Raymond Speelman died Friday, March 24, 2017. Her family held a private memorial service.
Mignon was born November 12, 1928 in Bardwell, Kentucky, daughter of the late Dallas T. Docterman and the late Ida Maggie Sullivan Docterman.
She is remembered and cherished by her three children, Gary Speelman and his wife, Cheryl, of Mount Pleasant, SC and Mark Speelman and his wife, Angalina, of West Bloomfield, MI; and Nancy Darling of Crossville, TN; and greatly loved by her four grandchildren, Tiffany Suggs, Lisa James, Trevor Speelman, and Melanie Speelman; and three great grandchildren, Grady Speelman, Thaddeus Suggs and Mackenna Suggs.
