Lillie Ruth Phillips Raybourne, 94 of Johns Island, SC, a retired employee of South Carolina Electric and Gas Company, died March 15, 2012 in St. Francis Hospital. The relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service Sunday, March 18, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in J. HENRY STUHR WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Pkwy. Interment will follow at Live Oak Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Sunday at Stuhr's West Ashley Chapel from 1:00 p.m. until time of service.

Mrs. Raybourne, widow of James W. Raybourne, was born January 30, 1918 in Jefferson County, Georgia, a daughter of Stephen Brady Phillips and Harriet McNair Phillips. She was a member of Grace on the Ashley Baptist Church, formerly Rutledge Memorial Baptist Church.

Surviving are three sons, Thomas (Tom) Graydon Wilson of Johns Island, Rexford Allen Wilson of Johns Island, Jerry A. Wilson of North Charleston; 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.

Family has requested that memorials may be made to Grace on the Ashley Baptist Church, 2014 Bees Ferry Road, Charleston, SC 29414.
