Entered into eternal rest on the morning of March 14, 2010, Ruth Wohlers Clinkscales, widow of Carroll Truett Clinkscales.  Residence, Mount Pleasant, SC.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral services in Martin Luther Lutheran Church Wednesday, March 17, 2010, at one o'clock.  Interment, Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens.  Friends may call at J. HENRY STUHR, INC., MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL Tuesday between five and seven o'clock.  Mrs. Clinkscales was born December 14, 1922 in Charleston, SC, the daughter of Frederick M. Wohlers and Helene Rosebrock Wohlers. She was a retired secretary at Mason Preparatory School.  She was a graduate of Memminger High School and a charter member of Martin Luther Lutheran Church. She is survived by two daughters, Lael C. Byrd and husband, Rob, and Jan D. Clinkscales, both of Mt. Pleasant; a grandson, Adam Lucas Kershaw and wife, Devon; a great granddaughter, Skyla Kai Kershaw; a brother, Frederick B. Wohlers of Charleston; two nieces, Beverly W. Gay and husband, Sonny, of Beaufort, SC and Susan W. Stuckey and husband, Jon, of Stuckey, SC; a nephew, Billy Baldwin and wife, Mary, of Summerville; numerous grand nieces and nephews; and numerous great grand nieces and nephews.
