Entered into eternal rest, Wednesday, November 20, 2013, Dr. Rufino Espiritu Bandonill, 89, of Charleston, South Carolina, a retired Doctor of Dentistry and husband of Julia Claravall Bandonill .
Relatives and Friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial in St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 1695 Wallenberg Boulevard, Tuesday, November 26, 2013, at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends Monday, November 25, 2013, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in J. HENRY STUHR, WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway.
Dr. Rufino was born August 31, 1924 in Cavite, Phllipines, the son of the late Placido Hernandez Bandonill and Salome Espiritu Bandonill. He was a General Dentist and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Julia Claravall Bandonill; son, Cezar C. Bandonill of Charleston, SC; daughter, Gina Marie Edrada (Orville) of Columbia, SC; three sisters, Gening Mabutas of VA, Frida Saupe of Bonn, Germany and Leila Gasmena of Manila, Philippines; brother, Jesus Bandonill of Manila, Philippines; two grandsons, Marshal Edrada (Brittany) and Adam Chase Edrada and a great-granddaughter, Emma Grey Edrada.
