Annette Couch Milligan, 74, of Moncks Corner, SC, wife of Allen Milligan, entered into eternal rest Saturday, March 15, 2014. Her funeral service will be held Wednesday, March 19, 2014, in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway, at 11:00 am. Interment, Live Oak Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm in Stuhr's West Ashley Chapel.

Annette was born January 16, 1940 in Charleston, SC, daughter of the late Luther P. Couch and the late Ruby Bonner Couch. She was a member of Moncks Corner Penecostal Holiness Church. Annette was always there for her family, always loving and forgiving. She will be greatly missed by her husband and family.

She is survived by her husband, Allen, of Moncks Corner; two daughters: Donna Milligan of Moncks Corner and Patricia Rogerson (Bernie) of Williamston, NC; a son, Allen Milligan of Charleston; sister, Joyce Hefner of Syracuse, NY; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
