Ronald Alan Schneider, 64, of Charleston, South Carolina, husband of Dr.Tracy Lynn McFall, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family and friends on Saturday, January 12, 2019. His Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, January 15, 2019 in J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway at 11:00 a.m.

Ron was born March 17, 1954 in Columbus, Ohio, son of Judith Rae Schneider and the late Harold Martin Schneider. Ron was a retired Attorney, practicing with Lamberson and Schneider Attorneys at Law. He graduated from Ohio State University with a B.A. in Anthropology and Linguistics and received his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University.

Ron was an avid outdoorsman and nature enthusiast who enjoyed fishing, biking, hiking and camping. He was a longtime member of the Palmetto Gun Club. He was also an amateur master mechanic who loved working on cars, especially his beloved Porsche.

He is survived by his wife, Dr.Tracy Lynn McFall of Charleston, SC; mother, Judith R. Schneider of Columbus, OH; brother, Craig I. Schneider (Carol S. Schaefer) of Dublin, OH; niece, Rose S. Krivich (Joseph) of Seattle, WA; nephew, Samuel D. Schneider of Cleveland, OH; sister-in-law, Leslie McFall Hand (Charles Alan Hand) of Birmingham, AL; niece, Elizabeth Lynn Hand of Birmingham, AL; mother-in-law and father-in-law Pearl McFall and Jesse McFall of Florence, AL and law partner, Gary R. Lamberson of Charleston, SC.
