Ronald David Ratliff

Entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, January 25, 2011, Ronald David Ratliff of Charleston, South Carolina.  The relatives and friends are invited to attend his Memorial Service in J. HENRY STUHR WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, Sunday, February 13, 2011 at 2 pm.  Interment will be private.  The family will receive friends at Stuhr's West Ashley Chapel from 1:00 pm until time of service.

David was born February 14, 1969 in Charleston, South Carolina, he was the son of Dallas Holmes and the late Vivian Ratliff Holmes.  He was a master carpenter in the construction industry.  David attended Legacy Cathedral and was of the Christian faith and loved nothing more than spending time with family and close friends.  Those who knew David, understood that he had a big heart and enjoyed helping those in need.  He will be deeply missed by everyone that knew and loved him.

Survivors include his father, Dallas Holmes of Walterboro; his wife, Melissity Hayes of Charleston; a daughter, Ashley Renee Ratliff and a son, Ronald David Ratliff, both of Charleston; 2 grandchildren, Landon Bryce Mallard and Easton David Ratliff; and all who loved him unconditionally.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the "David Ratliff Memorial Fund" at any Wacovia Bank branch.
