Ronald H. Bureau, 62, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, husband of Peggy Britt Bureau died Saturday, August 5, 2017. A Gathering of Friends will be held Thursday, August 10, 2017 at J. HENRY STUHR, INC., MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL, 1494 Mathis Ferry Road from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Interment will be private.
Ronald was born April 28, 1955 in Newcomb, New York, son of the late Leo Bureau and the late Jeannette Gilbert Bureau. He was a Master Tradesman and Project Manager for Renaissance South. His home building skills are part of the legacy he leaves behind, examples of his work exist around the county.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Peggy Bureau of Mt. Pleasant, SC; two sons, Jordan Bureau of Mt. Pleasant, SC and Sean Bureau (Jen) of Downers Grove, IL; a daughter, Alicia Martisus (Derek) of Essex Junction, VT; three sisters, Diane Stevens of Schuylerville, NY, Doris Shreiber of Kingston, NY and Louise Robbins of Dickerson Center, NY; two brothers, Richard Bureau of Duanesburg, NY and Lee Bureau of Kingston, NY; and four grandchildren, Brady, Parker, Hadley, Addison and a 5th grandson due in September. He was preceded in death by his son, Justin T. Bureau.
