Ronald Nicky Baturin

Ronald "Ron" Nicky Baturin, Jr., 74, of Goose Creek, SC, died Sunday, April 29, 2018. His memorial service will be held Friday, May 4, 2018 in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road at 2:00 pm. The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm until the time of the service.

Ronald was born November 28, 1943 in Orlando, FL, son of the late Nicky Baturin, Sr. and the late Lorraine Frances Calhoun Baturin. He was an avid golfer, a member of Snee Farm Country Club and Berkeley Country Club and fisherman. He was a coach of youth football and baseball with the Mt. Pleasant Recreation Department and a member of Hibben UMC of Mt. Pleasant, SC. Ron enjoyed spending time with his family and his golf buddies.

He is survived by his son, Robert Nicky Baturin of Mt. Pleasant, SC; daughter, Nicole Baturin-Williams (Shawn) of Katy, TX; two grandchildren, Madison B. Williams and Collin W. Williams both of Katy, TX; niece, Allison Steffens (Craig) of Johns Island, SC; nephew, Ricky Baturin (Katie) of Ravenel, SC; and sister-in-law, Beverly Parker Baturin. He was preceded in death by his parents, Nicky Baturin, Sr. and Lorraine Frances Baturin and his brother, Richard Leroy Baturin, Sr.
