Roland Gill Blandford, Jr., 64, husband of Busabong Taharn Blandford of Sullivan's Island, SC passed away on Thursday, March 3, 2011. The relatives and friends of Gill Blandford are invited to attend his Memorial Service on Friday, March 11, 2011 in the Church of the Holy Cross, Sullivan's Island at 4:00 p.m. with military honors. Burial will be private.  Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL. Gill was born May 21, 1946 in Richmond, Virginia, Son of the late3 Roland Gill Blandford, Sr. and Stier Cameron Blandford.  He was Owner / Operator of a Commercial Construction Company. He is survived his wife, Busabong T. Blandford of Sullivan's Island, SC; three children, Kain Stier Halifax and her husband, Shawn, of John's Island, SC, Keith Blandford and his wife, Olga, of Sullivan's Island, SC and Kirk Blandford and his wife, Virginia, of Ural, France; one grandchild, Eva Blandford and one brother, Cameron Blandford and his wife, Mickey, of Whitestone, VA. Flowers will be accepted.
