Roger Hamilton White, of Rincon, GA, formerly of Charleston, SC died Friday, January 26, 2018. His graveside service will be held on Monday, January 29, 2018 at 1:30 PM at Wilson Cemetery in Awendaw, SC. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR, INC. MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL.

Roger was born in Fredericksburg, VA, son of Floyd Elbert White and Frances "Frankie" Jackson White. He worked in construction. Roger was a river rat, enjoying being on the water, fishing, crabbing and digging for oysters.

He is survived by his parents; three sons, Preston White (Nikki) of Summerville, SC, Phillip White of Charleston, SC, and Parker White of Summerville, SC; daughter, Chelsea White of Pineville, SC; and three grandchildren, Brooklyn White of Summerville, SC, Haylee White of Summerville, SC, and Brodie White of Pineville; and a sister, Evelyn Benton of Summerville, SC.
