Roger Dwayne Pye

Roger Dwayne Pye, 61, of Hanahan, South Carolina, husband of Suzanne Gray Pye entered into eternal rest Tuesday, May 27, 2025. His Funeral Service will be held Monday, June 2, 2025 in the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road at 11:00 am. The family will receive friends Sunday, June 1, 2025 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Northwoods Chapel.

Roger was born September 3, 1963 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of Jeanette Hair Pye of Hanahan, SC and the late Timothy Arthur Pye. He retired from serving his country in the United States Army for 22 dedicated years, serving as an 82rd Airborne Army Ranger. After retirement, he owned a successful business in Berkeley County. Roger loved hunting, fishing, specifically on his boat "Pye Time", and spending time with his family and friends.

In addition to his wife of 30 years and mother, he is survived by children: Nick Pye (Dominique) and Jordan Pye both of Hanahan, SC; brother, Kevin Pye (Erica) of Hanahan, SC; and many loved extended family members. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by brother, Greg Pye.

Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be made to Hanahan Exchange Club 1145 Yeamans Hall Rd, Hanahan, SC 29410.
