Rodney Lee Stroud, 44, of Ravenel, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Friday, April 8, 2016. His Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, April 12, 2016 in J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends in Stuhr's West Ashley Chapel Monday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Rodney was born June 14, 1971 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of Robert G. "Bobby" Stroud and Virginia Reeves Stroud. He was a member of The Charleston Hunting Club, and St. Andrews Family Center.
He is survived by his father, Robert G. Stroud and stepmother, Mary of Ravenel, SC; mother, Virginia Reeves Stroud and his stepfather of NC; two daughters, Hanna Stroud of Yemassee, SC, and Kimberlyn Stroud of Charleston, SC; son, Thomas Stroud of Charleston, SC; three brothers, Robert Stroud, Jr., Ricky Wayne Stroud, Robert Mark Stroud, and sister, Lori Ann Page.
