Robert Myles Whatley, 91, of Charleston, South Carolina, husband of Betty Jean Whatley entered into eternal rest Friday, July 7, 2023. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. West Ashley Chapel.

Robert was born September 17, 1931 in Blackville, South Carolina, son of the late William Whatley and Ruby Hutto Whatley.  He was a logistics supervisor for the Department of the Navy. 

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Robert Myles Whatley Jr. (Susan) of Pawleys Island; two daughters, Wanda Punteney (Tommy) of Summerville, SC and Robin Rivera (Ed) of Naples, FL.; 13 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
