Robert Knox Shields, Jr., 82, of Charleston, South Carolina, widower of Velma Mellard Shields entered into eternal rest Monday, April 8, 2019. His Funeral Service will be held Thursday, April 11, 2019 at the Graveside in Carolina Memorial Park, 7113 Rivers Avenue at 1:00 p.m. Arrangements by J. He was a Superintendent at the SC Ports Authority.
