Robert Jack Pinson

Entered into eternal rest on the morning of May 30, 2011.  Robert Jack "Diamond Bob" Pinson, husband of Janice Annette Jones Pinson.  Residence, Charleston, SC.  The relatives and friends of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Jack Pinson are invited to attend the funeral services of the former Thursday, June 2, 2011 in J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., West Ashley Chapel at 11:00am.  Friends may call at J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., West Ashley Chapel, Wednesday 5:00 - 7:00 pm.

Mr. Pinson was born December 23, 1930 in Logan County, West Virginia, the son of John Hern Pinson and Georgia Ann Charles Pinson.  He retired from Pinson Novelties as an Owner and Operator.  Mr. Pinson served in the Army during the Korean Conflict.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, of Charleston, SC; five children, Martin Pinson (Laura) of Summerville, SC, Cordelia Wynn of Ridgeville, SC,, Shirley Pinson Hendricks (Wesley) of Akron, OH, Marie Regan (George) of Rocky Mount, NC and Robert Pinson (Melissa) of Lewisburg, WV; nine grandchildren and one brother.
