Robert McQue Owens

Robert McQue Owens , 69, of Charleston, South Carolina, widower of Alice Marguerite Hanf Owens entered into eternal rest Thursday, June 22, 2017. His Funeral Service will be held Monday, June 26, 2017 in J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Downtown Chapel, 232 Calhoun Street at 10:00 a.m. Interment, Holy Cross Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday in the Downtown Chapel from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Robert was born August 12, 1947 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of the late McQue Owens and Mary Elizabeth Laird Owens. He was a retired Contractor and a member of Clearview Baptist Church.

Robert is survived by his daughters: Wendy Isgett (Dan) of Goose Creek, SC and Tammy Ward (Scott) of Charleston, SC; son, Robert Michael Owens, Sr. (Nicole) of Charleston, SC; sister, Debbie Fennell (Kemp) of Charleston, SC; 17 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
