Robert Edward Leviner

Robert Edward Leviner, 76, husband of Barbara Avon Penninger Leviner of Mt. Pleasant, SC passed away on Monday, November 14, 2011. The relatives and friends of Robert Leviner are invited to attend his Funeral Service on Friday, November 18, 2011 in J. HENRY STUHR MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL at 11:00 am. Burial will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2011 in Forest Lawn West Cemetery in Charlotte, NC at 1:00 pm. The family will greet friends on Thursday, November 17, 2011 in the Mount Pleasant Chapel from 6:00 until 8:00 pm.

Mr. Leviner was born on July 29, 1935 in Awendaw, South Carolina, son of the late Dewey Leviner and Evelyn Kayles Leviner. He worked with the South Carolina Ports Authority. He attended Hibben United Methodist Church and owned Shade-A-Plenty Mobile Home Park. One of Robert's great enjoyments was fishing as much as possible. But above all else, he was most devoted to his loving wife, Avon.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Avon Leviner of Mt. Pleasant, SC; his half brothers, James Jones of Houston, TX and Billy Jones of NC; and his half sisters, Jennifer Jones and Merle Jones, both of Maryland.
