Bob was a gentleman and a gentle man. He was devoted to his wife, his family and his God. He was a loving, kind and generous "Pa" to his grandchildren and great-grandsons. For many years he served as lector and volunteer for the Outreach Program at St. Martin of Tours Parish in Amityville, NY, and was most recently a devout member of St. Benedict Parish in Mount Pleasant. He and his wife Joan enjoyed many cruises over the years, as well as European travel and camping in Maine. In addition to travel, Bob also enjoyed easy listening music, reading, gardening, and setting up his extensive Dicken's Village at Christmas time.
