Robert Edwin Husky

Entered into eternal rest on the afternoon of January 12, 2011 Robert Edwin Husky, husband of Deloris Etheridge Husky.  Residence, Wadmalaw Island, SC.  The relatives and friends of Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Husky are invited to attend the memorial service of the former Sunday, January 16, 2011, at J. HENRY STUHR, INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, at 3 p.m.  The family will receive friends briefly following the service.    Memorials may be made to MUSC Children's Hospital Fund, 59 Bee Street POB 250201, Charleston, SC  29425.

Mr. Husky was born November 22, 1937 in Detroit, Michigan, the son of the late Raymond and Grace Graffa Husky.  He was a veteran of the United States Air Force, retired Electrician with the Medical University of South Carolina and was of the Lutheran faith.

He is survived by his wife Deloris Husky of Wadmalaw Island; two daughters, Sandra Husky of Wadmalaw Island, Karen Wright (James) of Mt. Pleasant; a granddaughter, Toni Cummins (Lucas); three grandsons, Chris Wright, Alan Wright, and Ben Walker; and a great granddaughter, Addison Cummins.
