Robert "Bobby" Franklin Hart, 47, entered peaceful eternal rest on Monday, August 24, 2026. His funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., in Grace Church Cathedral, 98 Wentworth Street, Charleston, SC. Interment will follow immediately after the service in the columbarium at Grace Church. Visitation and a reception will follow in Hanahan Hall. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., West Ashley Chapel.

Bobby was born May 3, 1979, at Roper Hospital, Charleston, SC, to his parents John Moseley Hart, Sr. and Flora Price Hart. Growing up with his family in West Ashley he attended Springfield Elementary, Drayton Hall Middle, Middleton High, graduating from St. Andrews High School in June 1998. Bobby was a lifelong member of Grace Church - participating in many youth activities, acolyting, Sunday school and later miscellaneous volunteering.

Bobby is survived by his seven year old daughter, Ella Rose Hart; his parents, John and Flora; his brother, Steven Price Hart; sister-in-law, Ellen Cox Hart; nieces, Kathryn Hart, Addison Hart; nephews, Robert W. Hart, Michael M. Hart, Nolan P. Hart; and Jessica Cobb, his dear friend and mother of Ella Rose. He is also survived by many extended family members.

He was predeceased by his brother, John "Jay" Moseley Hart, Jr.
