Robert Allen Goldstein

Robert Allen Goldstein, 81, of Hollywood, South Carolina, husband of Elizabeth Brown Goldstein entered into eternal rest Monday, November 21, 2022. His funeral service will be held Friday, November 25 at 1:00 p.m. at Kahal Kadosh Beth Elohim, 90 Hasell Street.  Interment K.K.B.E. Cemetery Huguenin Avenue.  The family will receive friends at the Hochman's residence at 67 Gibbes Street immediately following the interment.  Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Downtown Chapel.

Robert was born March 17, 1941 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of Maurice Goldstein and Laura Lent Goldstein.  He was a life insurance agent and a Chartered Life Underwriter, past president of the K.K.B.E. Temple and a life member of The Hibernian Society.  He attended the University of South Carolina.

Robert was a kind, generous man with a great sense of humor, who really enjoyed talking to people and helping them.  He was a very loving husband, father and grandfather and had a large extended family and many friends who will also miss him.  He had a love for dancing and was very good at it.

He is survived by his wife and two daughters, Danielle Goldstein of Piedmont, CA and Shelley (Marcelo) Hochman of Charleston, SC; his six grandchildren; Hannah Elkins, Mya Elkins, Seth Elkins, Joseph (Shannon) Hochman, Adam Hochman, and Jacob Hochman.
