Robert ("Buddy") O'Neal Goings, 69, formerly of John's Island, SC currently residing in Fishers, Indiana, widower of Patricia Elaine Goings, entered into eternal rest Monday, December 24, 2012. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, December 29, 2012 in the J. HENRY STUHR INC., MOUNT PLEASANT LOCATION, 1494 Mathis Ferry Road at 11:00 am. Inurnment will follow in Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 29, 2012 in the Mount Pleasant Chapel from 10:00 am until time of the service. Buddy was born August 26, 1943 in Moncks Corner, South Carolina, son of the late Phillip B. Goings and the late Rena Timmons Goings. He is survived by his daughter, Tiffany Ann (Goings) Sharpley and her husband, William and granddaughters, Ashley and Haley, all of Fishers, IN; sisters, Lucille Carter of North Charleston, SC and Irene Huckabee of Summerville, SC; brothers, G.W. "Dick" Goings of Indiana, Theo "Ben" Goings of Summerton, SC and Alton Goings of Alaska.
