The relatives and friends of Robbie Farmer are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Spirit Catholic Church Wednesday, July 6, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. The Prayers of Final Commendation and Farewell will be held in Hamilton Memorial Gardens, Hixson, TN, Thursday, July 7, 2011, at 10 a.m. The family will receive friends at J. HENRY STUHR, INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL Tuesday, between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m.
Robbie was born December 24, 1932 in Chattanooga, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Raymond Athearn and the late Laura Evelyn Hyde Athearn. She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.
She is survived by her four sons, Michael J. Farmer, Jr. of Highland Falls, NY, Leonard R. Farmer of Cornwall-Hudson, NY, Timothy J. Farmer of Charleston and Daniel A. Farmer of North Augusta, SC; a daughter, Mary Skinner of Charleston; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 2009 Executive Hall Road, Suite 130, Charleston, SC 29407.
