Ron was a steadfast husband, a devoted member of the Elk's Lodge 242 in Charleston, SC, a proud member of the United States Navy who served on the USS Gilmore and the Submarine USS Albacore as a Radioman First Class, and Retired Civil Service as Security Director for the Charleston Naval Shipyard. After retirement, Ron worked as a Realtor with his wife at Carolina One and Metro North (formerly Prudential Carolina).
