Rickey Joseph Southers, 59, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, husband of Ruby Kelley Southers entered into eternal rest Friday, August 16, 2019.
Rickey was born August 26, 1959 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of the late Joseph D. Southers and Dorothy F. Southers. He worked in the construction industry. In addition to his mother, Dorothy Faye Southers of Mt. Pleasant, SC and wife, Ruby Kelley Southers; he is survived by his two sons, Tazz Joseph Southers of Mt. Pleasant, SC, "Lil" Rickey J. Southers of Mt. Pleasant, SC; two daughters, Shonna M. Kostielney of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Christy L. Southers of Summerville, SC, one sister, Shirley J. Southers of Summerville, SC; two brothers, Joseph W. Southers of Gainsville, GA, David J. Southers of Mt Pleasant, SC; thirteen grandchildren and one great grandchild. He was preceded in death by father, Joseph D. Southers.
