Richard John "Trey" Puckhaber, III, 43, of James Island, SC, died Thursday, August 14, 2014. His graveside funeral service will be held Tuesday, August 19, 2014, in Holy Cross Cemetery at 11:00 am. The family will receive friends Monday from 5:00 to 7:00 pm in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., DOWNTOWN CHAPEL.

Trey was born March 27, 1971 in Charleston, SC, son of Richard John Puckhaber, Jr. and Trudy Baldwin. He was a graduate of James Island High School and served in the U.S. Air Force.

He is survived by his parents of James Island, his maternal grandmother, Ernestine C. Baldwin of James Island; a niece, Rylee C. Puckhaber; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his younger brother, Ryan Puckhaber.
