Richard "Ricky" Herman Hendrix, 69, of Summerville, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, May 23, 2018. The family will receive family and friends on Saturday, May 26, 2018 in J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. His funeral service will follow at the graveside in Live Oak Memorial Gardens, Ashley River Road at 11:30 a.m.

Ricky was born February 13, 1949 in Jesup, Georgia. He was predeceased by his father Louis Herman Hendrix, mother Mildred Whitehead Muckenfuss and Dad, Edward R. Muckenfuss.

He is survived by his three sisters, Catherine H. Dickson (Richard) of Rocky Mount, NC, Tina M. Price of Nashville, NC, Belinda M. Jared of Nashville, NC; nieces and nephews; John Price, III (Sarah); Sally Jones (Ferrell); Randy Price (Tamara); Tyler Dickson ( Audrey); Cody Jared and Amanda Dickson. He is also survived by several great-nieces and nephews.
