Richard "Rick" Davis

Richard Edwin Davis, 50, of Summerville, entered eternal life on Sunday, March 4, 2012, surrounded by family and friends. A private celebration of his life will be held later in the year for family and friends. ARRANGEMENTS BY J. HENRY STUHR NORTHWOODS CHAPEL.
Rick was born on July 15, 1961, in Red Bank, NJ. He was the son of Richard Baker Davis and the late Carolmay Collins Davis. He was a 1979 graduate of Middletown High School South and a 1982 graduate of Brookdale Community College where he majored in Marketing and Finance. After moving to South Carolina in 2003, Davis joined the Cobblestone Ridge Homeowners Association and in 2011 was elected to the Frances R. Willis SPCA Board of Directors. His friends and family will miss his sense of humor and love for cars.
He is survived by his Life Partner Bob Jones, Jr. of Summerville; his father; his sister, Holly-Jean Cole and her husband, Dave of Marblehead, MA; two nieces; his dogs—Jo-Jo and Daisy; several aunts, uncles,cousins and a large network of friends.
