Richard Alden Arlington, 81, of Goose Creek, South Carolina, husband of Sydney Allen Arlington entered into eternal rest Sunday, April 29, 2018. His Funeral Service will be held Saturday, May 12, 2018 in Grace Church Cathedral, 98 Wentworth Street at 11:00 a.m. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Downtown Chapel.

Richard was born Feb. 5, 1937 in Middleborough, Massachusetts, son of the late Ralph B. Arlington and Elinor Peterson Arlington. He was a retired IT Specialist with FEMA.

Richard is survived by his wife of 40 years, Sydney; two beloved daughters: Karen Mae Petropoulos of Canton, MA and Beth Anne Kourafas of Stoughton, MA; brother, David Arlington or Orlando, FL; granddaughter, Nicole Richardi; and great-granddaughter, MacKenzie Richardi.
