Rev. Chester Ware Madden, Jr.

The Reverend C. Ware Madden, Jr. of Charleston, South Carolina, passed away on September 19, 2012. He was born in Laurens County, South Carolina, to the late C. Ware Madden and Ozella Elizabeth Murray Madden.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Mazie Anderson Madden of the home, and one daughter, Elizabeth Madden Lassiter and her husband, Dr. Harry V. Lassiter, of New Bern, North Carolina, a brother, Dr. Murray Madden and his wife, Shirley Madden, of Greenville, South Carolina, and a number of nieces and nephews.
Private Celebration of Life services will be held at Greenlawn Mausoleum, Columbia, South Carolina, with entombment in the Mausoleum Chapel.
Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR INC., MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL.
