Renee Vernette Lipsey, 38, of North Charleston, South Carolina, died Wednesday, March 8, 2017. A memorial service will held Saturday, March 11, 2017 in J. J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., North Area Chapel, 2119 Dorchester Road, at 2:00 pm. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Renee was born April 12, 1978 in Charleston, SC. She was an international fashion photographer having worked Fashion Week in London, New York and Charleston. She owned RVL Photography and was published seven times in Vogue Italia. Renee also worked as an assistant manager at Marshalls. Always a hard worker, she was outspoken and loved by all who knew her. "The hustle continues."

She is survived by her brother, Mark D. Lipsey (Stephanie) of Summerville, SC; nephews and niece, Cameron Lipsey, Amanda Lipsey and Derek Lipsey; half-sister, Sharon Banks (Billy) of Dallas, TX; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and many friends. She will be deeply missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie Alfred and Myrna Tucker Lipsey.
