Reginald Gregory Wong

Reginald Gregory Wong, 73, of Ladson, SC and husband of Lawanda Floyd Wong, entered into eternal rest on Monday, May 10, 2021. His Funeral Service will be held Saturday, May 15, 2021 in the International Church, 1560 Ashley River Road at 3:00 pm. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service, beginning at 1:00 pm, in the International Church. Burial will be at the Beaufort National Cemetery. Arrangements by J. Reggie was born December 24, 1947 in Honolulu, HI, a son of the late Paul Edward Wong and Frances Seto Wong. He served in the Air Force and later retired from Civil Service with the Naval Weapons Station. Reggie graduated from Trident Technical College. He was an outstanding cook, enjoyed family gatherings, loved to travel and visit family. He volunteered with AT&T Pioneers, Ronald McDonald House, Fisher House, Water Missions, and International Church. Reggie will be remembered as a kind and gentle soul, who loved serving others and was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend to many.

He is survived by his sons, Greg (Lisa) Wong and Brandon Wong; his grandson, Alex Wong; his brothers, Malcolm (Beryl) Wong and Duane Wong; his uncles, his aunts, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, who all thought the world of him.
